Well Lyle got a job offer in Twin Falls, Idaho. They really prayed about it and decided that he should take the position. Then right before they moved, Maquel got a job there too. It is definitely a blessing and shows that they made the right decision.
A couple of days before they moved, Maquel and Lyle wanted a date night, so they went to the show while we watched Porter. And of course I couldn't help taking a ton of pictures. Who could resist his cute face?!
He loves this book. And me, being an avid reader, had to get a picture of him reading. Ha ha.
Wait. I don't want to read it, I want to eat it!
Awe, finally - SCORE!
Look grandma - no hands!
Kevin and I went to Twin Falls and helped them move. I didn't get any pictures of their apartment, but it is a pretty cute place. They will only be there for a little while, just until they find a house. My mom took this picture and I think it is one of the only ones with Kevin and I and Porter. He was sure happy to get out of the truck.
After a long day of unloading the trailer, Lyle went to take the trailer back to his boss. He was going to be gone until late so my parents took all of us out to dinner. They are always doing such nice things like that. Then we went and bought Porter a swimming suit so he could go swimming at the motel.
Not sure about the water for a minute.
And then he decided he loved it - and I mean he LOVED swimming!
Look, mom. I'm swimming!
Not sure he wanted to get out, but he sure looks content with his grandpa.
Happy 1st Easter, Porter (from Grandpa and Grandma)!
I am seriously going to miss them all like crazy. It has been fun getting to know Lyle more and there is nothing better than having your daughter just a mile away. It has been awesome to have baby Porter so close. We have all LOVED babysitting him and just seeing all of the things he learns. He literally changes everyday. We are all so blessed to have everyone of them in our lives. We hope that this new adventure brings the BEST things life has to offer for the Bracken's. We love you guys!
