The Conclusion

So, I've been thinking a lot about certain things, but mainly about life in general. And I've come to a conclusion. Life is not about how skinny you are, how pretty you are, or how smart you are. It's not about how big your house is, how much money you have, what kind of car you drive, what kind of job you have, or how much you have in your savings account. Life is about being a wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandma, friend - but most importantly, it's about being a daughter of God. That is what matters. Family is what matters!

I am the luckiest person in the world. I have an amazing daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. Three awesome boys and a fantastic husband who loves me unconditionally, supports me in everything I do, even all my crazy moods, and is my best friend. I have a wonderful extended family - parents, sisters, and a brother - and I am lucky enough to live by them all. I have  a Heavenly Father who loves me and is there for me no matter what happens in my life. If I have faith and turn to him, I can get through anything.

I am so blessed and am definitely one lucky woman!!!

  1. Loved your comment and couldn't agree with it more. I just wish more people felt like that and would quit trying to be super woman. We are so lucky to live by family and do so many fun things together. Love, love your pictures of little Porter with your family - so cute.
